Sprinter class photoplotters

Sprinter class plotters are large-scale highest accuracy photoplotters and are designed to meet the needs of customers requiring very large film or glass mask sizes, high throughput, and high accuracy over a large plotting area. Maximum plot size is 26” x 36” (660mm x 914mm). Resolutions are customer selectable to a maximum of 64000dpi and allow a minimum structure size of 6,35 microns. A fast projector system with a DMD light modulating matrix increases plotting speed significantly and a film feeder option allows round-the-clock operation.
